JOB DESCRIPTION • Minimum of 3-5 Years of Critical Care & Emergency Room Experience • Need to be Certified in EMT or Paramedics • 1+ Years of Flight Experience • Full-Time Hours • Benefits Available • Weekly Pay JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 3-5 Years of Critical Care & Emergency Room Experience • Need to be Certified in EMT or Paramedics • 1+ Years of Flight Experience • Michigan Nursing Licensure • Minimum of ADN Required • BLS & ACLS Certifications IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate for this job would be a Registered Nurse who has worked clinically in the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Departments of an acute care / hospital environment for a minimum of 5-7 years. This RN would also have previous experience as an actual Flight Nurse with at least 1+ years experience in addition to their EMT or Paramedic certification. The individual would be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This Flight nurse would be a team player who works well with others while providing excellent patient care. They would have a valid Michigan nursing license in good standing along with all with current certifications required.
